About Microtek Publications
Microtek Publications is the academic publishing initiative of Microtek Group of Institutions, run by Microtek Educational Society (MES) — a not-for-profit educational organisation headquartered in Varanasi with over 25 years of experience in higher education.
Since its establishment in 1999–2000, Microtek has focused on producing young, dynamic professionals in Computer & Management Science, Biotechnology, Paramedical Sciences, Mass Communication and Journalism. Microtek Publications extends that mission into research — in line with the institution's stated vision of being recognised for excellence in education, research and placement.

Manuscript format
- File type: Microsoft Word (.doc / .docx), prepared using the Microtek Publications template
- Structure: Title, author details, abstract (150–250 words), keywords (4–6), introduction, literature review, methodology, results & discussion, conclusion, references
- Referencing style: APA 7th / IEEE — to be decided by editorial board
- Figures and tables numbered and captioned, cited in text
Publication process
- Submission — author submits the manuscript online and receives an acknowledgement email.
- Initial screening — editorial office checks scope, format and similarity.
- Peer review — reviewed by subject experts; decision communicated to the author.
- Revision — author addresses reviewer comments, if any.
- Acceptance & documents — author uploads the final paper and signed copyright form.
- Publication — paper published online in the current issue; certificate made available for download.
Charges are payable only after a paper is accepted through peer review. No fee is charged at submission.

Microtek Publications is the research publishing platform of Microtek Group of Institutions, operated by Microtek Educational Society (MES), Varanasi — a not-for-profit educational organisation with over 25 years in higher education.
MES operates multiple colleges and schools, including Microtek College of Management & Technology, Microtek Institute of Information Technology and Microtek International School, and an IGNOU Regular Study Centre (48012). In 2022 it expanded into EdTech, adopting hybrid, technology-driven models in collaboration with IIT Patna, and today serves an active learner base of over 15,000 students across conventional and technology-enabled platforms.

Authors
- Submit only original work and properly cite all sources.
- Do not submit the same manuscript to more than one journal at a time.
- Disclose any conflicts of interest and funding sources.
- List as authors only those who contributed significantly.
Reviewers
- Treat manuscripts as confidential.
- Give objective, constructive feedback.
- Declare any conflict of interest and decline if one exists.
Editors
- Decide on manuscripts solely on academic merit.
- Ensure a fair, unbiased review process.
- Act on reported misconduct, including retractions where warranted.
Peer review
Every manuscript that passes initial screening is reviewed by at least two independent subject experts under a double-blind process. The editor makes the final decision based on reviewer recommendations.
Plagiarism
All submissions are checked for similarity. Manuscripts exceeding X% similarity (excluding references) are returned to authors for revision or rejected.
Open access
All published papers are freely available to read and download.
Copyright
Authors sign a copyright and undertaking form at acceptance. Licence (e.g. CC BY 4.0) to be decided
Withdrawal
Authors may withdraw a manuscript before acceptance by writing to the editorial office.
Published content may be read, downloaded and cited for academic and non-commercial purposes with proper attribution to the authors and Microtek Publications.
Views expressed in published papers are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of Microtek Group of Institutions or Microtek Educational Society.
